Calm App
The Calm App is a portal to peace of mind -- soothing what you have going on: anxiety, stress, a desire to break bad habits, etc. There are walking meditations, body scans and masterclasses.
Headspace App
App offers guided courses and quick meditations, sleep music and soundscapes for calming the nerves and settling the mind.
Buddhify App
