Veggie and Plant Talk and Sale and Farm Stand

Discover the wonder of plants and the health benefits of vegetables at Triton College’s annual Veggie and Plant Talk and Sale, hosted by the Horticulture Department. Events will be held every Thursday starting April 30. 

Event schedule:

·      Thursday, April 30 – Container Annual Plant Talk, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Botanical Garden (East Campus)

·      Thursday, May 7 – Annual Plant Sale, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., between A and B Buildings

·      Thursday, May 14 – Veggie Plant Talk, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Botanical Garden

·      Thursday, May 21 – Veggie Plant Sale, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., between A and B Buildings

The Horticulture Department will also host a Farm Stand every Thursday beginning Thursday, June 11, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., located between the A and the B Buildings, rain or shine. The Farm Stand will run through Oct. 1. Flowers, herbs and produce grown by Triton students, staff, faculty and community volunteers will be available for purchase. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.
